2. 420 T/H Pakistan local coal fired CFB boiler arrangement:
The boiler is island type, outdoors arrangement. It is whole steel structure with 8 m high operation floor. The walkway is made by grid plates. The boiler roof is water proof shield. The boiler is fixed by supporting and suspending.
The Boiler Structure can support boiler proper, as well as water, steam piping, air, gas, oil, water-proof shield and coal feeder operation platform.
There are sampling point and primary valves for drum, saturated steam header, Economizer inlet and Superheater.
The blow down pipe, drainage pipe, tube sampling joint on drum and headers shall choose welding type with strengthening structure.
