2. Brief Introduction for 500 T/D boiler:
The boiler is a new generation of high efficiency and low pollution 500t/h waste incineration boiler, which is optimized designed and developed based on our rich experience of designing, manufacturing and operating of waste heat Boilers and Biomass Boilers.
The combustion method of the boiler is three-section reciprocating mechanic grate, with characteristics of high combustion efficiency, low pollution and stable operation.
The boiler is water tube boiler with natural circulation. The grate firing system adopts three section reciprocating grate; the furnace is membrane water wall structure; the flue gas is handled in three processes; the Superheater consists of three stage high stage, middle stage and low stage, and there are two stages of water spray desuperheaters in the middle and three stages of Economizer in the rear.
The boiler is designed by indoor arrangement, and the frame is all metal structure(not include the rear cover superheater, which is supported by cement columns under elevation of 14250) and is applicable to areas of 7 degree of seismic intensity.
